This retreat is for anyone looking to start 2026 feeling strong, refreshed, and aligned. Whether you're a seasoned Reformer Pilates or Yoga lover or just starting your journey, this experience is designed to meet you where you’re at. It’s open to both men and women of all levels.

Nope! Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned pro, our classes will be tailored to suit all experience levels. You can do as much or as little as you like—this is your retreat, your flow.

• 3-night luxury stay at BlueGreen Sanctuary, Byron Bay

• Multiple daily sessions of Reformer Pilates & Yoga (join as many or as few as you like!)

• All meals included, catered by Burbury

• You have two options for your stay:

  Luxury Twin Share – $2,500 per person

  • A beautifully designed shared room with two king single beds

  • Beds can be converted into a king bed for couples upon request ($2500 per person)

  • Deposit: $500 per person (non-refundable)

  Private Luxury King Suite – $3,800 for one person (Only 2 available!)

  • A private retreat space with a luxury king bed and ensuite

  • If booking as a couple, book 2 Twin Share ticket ($2,500 per person) and contact us directly to request a king suite (dependent on availability)

  • Deposit: $1,000 for the private room + $500 for the second guest (both non-refundable)

Of course! We love seeing couples attend together. Here’s how to book:

• Each person books a Twin Share ticket ($2,500 per person)

• The room includes two king single beds, but we can convert them into one king bed for couples

• If Private Luxury King Suites are available, you may request one, but it is not guaranteed. First in best dressed as they say.

Travel to and from BlueGreen Sanctuary (320 Piccadilly Hill Rd, Newrybar, NSW 2479) is not included in the retreat package. Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation.

✈️ Flying in? The closest airports are:

• Ballina Byron Gateway Airport (25 min drive)

• Gold Coast Airport (55 min drive)

If you’re flying in, please let us know! If other participants are arriving around the same time, we can help connect you to arrange shared transport. Further travel details will be provided closer to the retreat date.

We’ll send you a full packing list closer to the date, but essentials include:

• Comfortable activewear for Pilates & Yoga

• A journal (if you like to reflect!)

• Swimmers for any dips in nature

• An open mind & ready-to-move attitude!

By registering for and participating in the New Year, New Flow: Reformer & Yoga Retreat 2026 (the Retreat), hosted by Annette and Alyson, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

I understand that participating in Reformer Pilates, Yoga, and other physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, or other injuries. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages—whether known or unknown—that I may sustain as a result of participating in the Retreat.

I hereby release and discharge Annette, Alyson, bod Pilates, BlueGreen Sanctuary, and all associated staff or facilitators from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation, including injuries, medical conditions, or property loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

2. Health & Medical Acknowledgment

I confirm that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my safe participation in the Retreat. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician before attending if I have any health concerns.

If I require medical attention during the Retreat, I agree that all costs for medical treatment and related expenses are my sole responsibility.

3. Personal Responsibility & Conduct

I agree to participate in the Retreat mindfully, listen to my body, and modify exercises as needed. I will respect the instructors, other participants, and the retreat environment. If my behaviour is deemed disruptive or unsafe, the hosts reserve the right to remove me from the Retreat without a refund.

4. Travel & Transportation

I understand that travel to and from the retreat venue is my sole responsibility. The retreat package does not include transportation, and I am responsible for arranging my own travel to BlueGreen Sanctuary, Byron Bay. The hosts are not liable for any travel delays, cancellations, or missed connections.

5. Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

• A $500 deposit is required to secure my spot. This deposit is non-refundable.

• A $1000 deposit is required to secure my spot for private suite. This deposit is non-refundable.

• Full payment must be made by November 30, 2025.

• If I cancel after full payment, refunds will be considered only if my spot is filled by another participant.

• If the Retreat is cancelled by the hosts due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund (excluding costs beyond their control) will be issued.

6. Photography & Media Release

I grant permission for photos/videos taken during the Retreat to be used for promotional purposes unless I notify the hosts in writing prior to the event.

7. Agreement to Terms

By registering for this Retreat, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
